“Yes, it’s a scam. Sorry to inform you mypoints will try to scam you and find any reason to ban. I recommend you stay away from MyPoints. I understand proxys are against the TOS in MyPoints but theres sometimes you accidently login from your iphone for example and thats uses a proxy so you can be banned even for that.”

“Yes, they are a real company, it’s just their shady business pratices that I consider a scam - banning people for no reason just to make their pockets fatter. It usually works like this – you spend 1-2 months earning points or cash, then when you try to cash out they’ll ban you. You would nor be the first, neither the last person this has happened to. That is just wrong an unethical of them to find all these excuses to get rid of you and keep your money.”

“No, Mypoints is not legit and is ran by people that just want to scam you. MyPoints scammed me too, don’t fall for it like I did. MyPoints is not legit. It is a scam for many reasons the people telling you otherwise are either mods or people that have thousands of referrals who are biased towards the site.”

“Yes, MyPoints appears to be rigged, the only thing you usually get is merits, which is pretty confusing for alot of people. All in all, the best advice about MyPoints is to avoid it completely. If you still decide to join this network and for some reason you get banned, just stay put, and keep replying to the tickets. Be aware that they will try their hardest to keep you from ever fixing your problem. They want you to just give up so you never get your money or amazon order. It would be much easier to solve problems in a direct manner instead but they rather keep you in a loop so you eventually give up and leave all your money with them. Pretty sad being that you spent so much time doing surveys and offers and they repay you like this.

I am not a fan of constant clicking and earning pennies in return. I’d rather solve puzzles for cash or complete short surveys for other reward. This doesn’t take much time, maybe only 3-5 minutes most, but in return you can expect some great rewards coming your way.
